All products other than brake pads are order based import items. There are no stocks here. We import the particular item based on your order. Simply contact us and tell us what Vesrah products you are looking for.
We need to hear your motorcycle model details and the OEM (genuine) parts number if possible. Our data base VASS helps you to find them. The first step is to select the product at the first line of the top page.
There are some product information for Gasket/Valve in this website. You may find Vesrah item number for them in the Go To Shop page. There are limited listing, you are able to contact us for these products too.
Once we receive your enquiry/order, we will ask our head office in Japan about stock availability, price information, if there is minimum order, and leading time. When we find the item is importable, the order condition will be provided you.
If you could decide to place the order on the condition we provided, we will issue you the invoice. Once the invoice is cleared within a certain period of time, the import process is begun on the provided information.
One-off import freight cost is around £40 and the lead time is about 2 weeks, but we can deliver you on the normal domestic postage, if you could allow us to import the item as a part of our regular order and wait 1-2 month of lead time.
Payment Timing
Brake pad items will be shipped out, import process for order based import items will be started, after confirming the payment.
For online shopping customers, follow the navigation to check out for your card payment. Payment acceptance is issued automatically.
For email order customers, including wholesales customers, a member of staffs will guide you when to make a payment for your order.
Wholesale customers are possible to be qualified on Net 30-day terms account, even credit application for larger orders by request.

We accept almost all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express.
We accept PayPal payment but on their T&C. PayPal allows the condition you don't need to provide us your card information.
Bank Transfer is only for email order customers, mainly for wholesales customers. Our bank account detail will be provided on the process.
