Vesrah.co.uk is official importer/distributor of Vesrah products and not the product maker of Vesrah Co. in Japan itself. Therefore, we are not at the position to provide you product maker warranty directly.
Vesrah.co.uk, however, will be a correspondent for your product maker warranty claim. You could contact us in case you wish to claim the product maker warranty on the item you bought from us.
The instructions below explain the substance of maker warranty at Vesrah Co. This warranty may give you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state, including the UK.
Limited Warranty Policy
Vesrah Co. warrants each Vesrah product to be free from defects in material, and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
This warranty DOES NOT COVER any product that has been subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence or an accident, or that has been improperly maintained, operated or installed.
The warranty DOES NOT APPLY to any damage to the product that is the result of rust or corrosion.
This Limited Warranty is void if the user incorrectly uses the product; fails to follow any instructions, cautions and/or warnings from the vehicle manufacturer; fails to follow any instructions, cautions and/or warnings from Vesrah.
Extent of Warranty Policy
If your Vesrah product is found to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Vesrah Co, Inc. will replace the defective product with another Vesrah product.
All claims are limited to a replacement of the Vesrah product. Any product returned to Vesrah must be returned at the customer’s expense. Vesrah reserves the right to determine whether the terms of this warranty have been properly complied with.
Disclaimer of Warranty Policy
This Warranty is exclusive of any other warranty, express or implied.
For Vesrah Products used in commercial applications and except where prohibited by applicable law, Vesrah expressly discriminable without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty. Therefore going is the entire and exclusive liability of Vesrah and your exclusive and sole remedy for any damages or claims made in connection with the use of Vesrah products.
Vesrah Co. Inc, shall in no event be liable for any indirect, contingent, special, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever, including claims for damage to any engine, damage to any vehicle, loss of use of the vehicle, loss of time, inconvenience or commercial loss.
Some jurisdictions do not allow for the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, therefore some of the limitations above are inapplicable in such jurisdictions.
