Returning and Exchanging Policy
In the event, if there is a problem with the goods, Vesrah.co.uk accepts return or exchange on merchandise for individual online shopping customers.
It must be notified us within 14 days of receipt of goods. We then allow 14 days further days for the products to be returned to us.
Vesrah.co.uk does not accept returns on used products. Goods must be in its new condition and packaging intact with proof of purchase.
Although we are accepting return or exchange in the event, we are not responsible for any additional costs as a result of a faulty product.
Vesrah.co.uk reserves the right to replace damaged goods due to shipping or manufacturer error.
Shipping charges for returning or exchanging is customer responsibility, except if it happens due to a definite error of ours.
Step1 Please contact us at info@vesrah.co.uk to obtain a unique return code within 14 days of receipt of goods and before sending goods back to us.

Step2 Items should be returned securely in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit. Items must be returned within 14 days of obtaining the return code.

Step3 Once we have safely received the item and it has been inspected for any use or damages, we will then send replacement or issue your refund or credit.
