Domestic
The checkout process will show you a delivery charge.
The delivery charge is net delivery costs from nationwide carriers, based on total weight of order. We've not been charging packaging material costs and any handling fee.
Larger orders have more discount delivery costs. Free priority shipping will be considered for larger orders. Currently, we offer free shipping service on £100 order or more.
We are choosing delivery service option of reasonable price and delivery time. Currently, Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature Service for small orders and UPS for large orders.
The items are dispatched within 1-2 business working days after accepting the order and the delivery time will be 2 business working days after dispatching the item out.
Please contact us by email or call when you need a quickly delivery. We will tell you approximate delivery time and send you manually the invoice with express process and delivery service.
The expected delivery time could be longer on various reasons with out of our control. We are not responsible for any additional costs as a result of extended delivery times.
If the item is out of stock or any longer, we will be in touch with you to inform the delay and an expected waiting time. In case, we may accept to cancel the order with full-refund.
The items will be shipped out to the billing address, unless the shipping address is set up on the system or is informed in written by the person who made the payment.
EU & International (currently not available)

Delivery charge is based on total weight of order. Larger orders have more discount delivery costs on each product.
Delivery charge is net delivery cost plus minimum handling charge. Delivery insurance cost is paid on our side.

Discount delivery charge, even free priority shipping will be considered for larger orders.

All orders will be shipped by FedEx, DHL or other recognised International carriers.
The Delivery cost does not cover any duties or VAT.
We do not charge VAT on export as the UK is no longer inside the EU. You will pay VAT when the product enters your country.
Our courier will be in touch with you about the custom charge. It usually happens as the product goes through customs.
