Vesrah.co.uk is official UK importer and distributor for Vesrah Japan products. We have started operation in 2022 and are looking for wholesale partners. We believe our quality products will bring new wind to your shop. Please feel free to contact us.
Vesrah brand has various motorcycle products. Although we are currently handling only motorcycle brake pads for UK market, but are able to import them, such as gaskets and engine valves, on the certain amount of request from wholesale partners.
Wholesale price and apply
Once you become our wholesale partner, the products will be distributed for your business on the discounted price from our suggested retail price shown in this website.
The discount rate is varied but usually between 25% to 35%, pursuant to type of products, order value, other factors especially past buying record.
If you are interested in to be our wholesales partner, please contact us by using the request form bottom of this page. Once the condition is agreed, a signed partnership agreement will be issued.
Please note. Since you are a company or a sole trader, there are no strong restrictions, even there is no annual minimum order amount. Why not to register and try anyway?
Orders and Payment
You should place an order from registered email address. When we recognise you as a partner, we will issue the invoice for your order on the agreed discount prices.
Currently, there is no minimum order restrictions for each order and there is no annual minimum order restriction to keep the wholesale partnership.
Vesrah.co.uk accepts Credit cards and Debit cards payment on all major credit card companies, and also PayPal payment and EFT payment (Bank Transfer).
Shipping
Shipping cost is not included in the cost of goods and it will be showed additionally in the invoice.
The delivery charge is net delivery costs from nationwide carriers, based on total weight of order. We are not charging packaging material costs and any handling fee.
Our delivery charge is the same for all UK (Inc. N. Island and Highland). They are net delivery costs according to the weight, but we do just £10 flat charge for the large order more than 20kg.
The items will be shipped out by recognised carriers after confirming the payment. We uses the most reasonable carrier option possible unless having your prior request such as special fast delivery.
Your shipment will likely go out sooner when we have stock in the UK, but allow 2-3 weeks to be delivered for the large amount of wholesale items which likely need to be shipped from Japan.
Actual freight cost will be charged for one-off import, but we can deliver you the imported items at the domestic delivery charge, if you can wait your items are imported alongside with our regular order.
Returns and Exchanges
Vesrah.co.uk accepts returns or exchange on merchandise within 10 days of receipt of goods for wholesale customers. Returning or exchanging intention must be made in writing directly to info@vesrah.co.uk within10 days of the delivery.
Once returning or exchanging is accepted by us, the items must be shipped out to us within 7 days of the notification. Shipping charges for returning or exchanging is customer responsibility, except for the cases which have happens due to our error.
Once the returning items have been safely received in good condition, we will then issue your refund or credit for returning items, or arrange shipment of alternative or replacement items for exchanging items.
It is impossible to accept refund or exchange on used or damaged items, including package. The items need to be returned at re-selling condition. It is also difficult to accept for the items imported on request, especially for the items not been handling regularly.
